Just a wolf furry in some rave gear, I suppose...my main focus was the background, however; I wanted to give off a type of..."trippy" feel to help represent the cause, haha.

I just used the smear tool in Photoshop...and SMEARED DA FUDGE OUT OF IT! :D I used two layers for the background.
